Processing & Delivery Times

  • Processing: Orders are sent to our supplier within 1–2 business days.
  • Shipping: Delivery times are estimates provided by the supplier and may vary. We are not responsible for carrier delays, customs processing, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed once the order ships.

International Shipping

Customs duties, taxes, and fees are the buyer’s responsibility. We do not collect or remit these charges.

Lost / Stolen Packages

We are not liable for packages marked “delivered” by the carrier. Please contact the carrier directly. If the package is truly lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date, and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier. Replacement or refund is at our sole discretion.
