Refund policy
The Breeze Hub operates a dropshipping model. We do not manufacture, warehouse, or ship products ourselves. All orders are fulfilled directly by our third‑party suppliers.
Refunds
- Eligibility: You may request a refund within 14 business days from the date of purchase (the day your order was placed).
- How to request: Email us at mansaonthemeta@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Processing time: Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Non‑refundable items: Digital products, gift cards, and items marked “final sale” are not eligible for refunds.
Exchanges & Replacements
We do not offer direct exchanges. If a product arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with the supplier to arrange a replacement or full refund (at our discretion).
Return Shipping
Because we do not hold inventory, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for shipping delays, customs issues, or product quality beyond what the supplier guarantees. Your sole remedy is a refund as described above.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
